Prime Time and the Quality Improvement System (QIS)
CSC has partnered with Prime Time to develop a joint strategy that is changing the dynamics and philosophy of after-school services countywide. Prime Time was created to strengthen community capacity to provide a range of quality after-school programs to all children and youth countywide through an integrated system of standards and supports. Working with the community stakeholders in after-school, the staff and leadership of CSC and Prime Time will continue to develop a shared vision to increase the availability, quality, accessibility, and affordability of after-school programs in Palm Beach County.
