Purpose
To create a synergistic relationship between CSC funded ECE Partners that will enhance communication and the sharing of knowledge and resources throughout the ECE system. The partnership will act in an advisory capacity to community leaders, organizations and funders around early care and education processes.
Mission
Through a united and committed partnership with CSC funded ECE programs and our community, we will provide comprehensive services and programs necessary to support and empower the children of Palm Beach County ages birth to five, and their families, to improve the quality of their lives and to reach their full potential. Our mission is to provide a foundation for early learning through a system of integrated services including educational opportunities; social, emotional, behavioral and physical support; parenting and social skill development.
