How You Can Support Mentoring…
There are several ways in which your organization can help us to reach our goal of providing safe, responsible mentors to all interested youth in our community.
• Assist the Mentor Center to recruit employees from your office by inviting the Mentor Center or affiliates to speak at an upcoming event.
• Encourage staff in your department to get involved by allowing the Mentor Center to distribute brochures and directories to your staff
• Include information in your staff meetings about the importance of mentoring and how to get involved
• As a supervisor, set the example and become a MENTOR yourself!!!!
