Program Offered:
This non-sectarian program connects children without the benefit of a grandparent in the area with local seniors to provide friendship and additional emotional support and guidance to one child or to all children in the family.
 
Population Served:
Children ages 3-13 who reside in Boynton Beach south to Boca Raton.

Mentor Responsibilities:
”Grandparents” are 55+ and spend time with one or all children in the family.  Engage in fun activities with your “grandchildren” while sharing life experiences and providing support and guidance. Meet at the child’s home, or in the community during after school hours or on the weekends.

Time Commitment:
”Grandparents” are asked to make a one year commitment, which includes spending at least six hours per month with your “grandchild”, and attending volunteer support meetings.
