Over the past several years, Prime Time Palm Beach County has worked to establish quality standards for Palm Beach County after-school programs. As conveners of the Quality Improvement System (QIS), their main focus is to highlight these standards and provide support to programs as they move through this system. Prime Time Palm Beach County's Quality Advisors work on site with providers to assess program needs and develop multi-year plans for improvement. Quality advisors support staff in implementing strategies learned though training, encourage the development of a safe and supportive after-school environment and provide consultation on engaging and interacting with children and youth.
