The Advanced Conflict Resolution workshop focuses on the role of emotional intelligence in conflict resolution. Participants will explore how we can build more fulfilling relationships and prevent conflicts through self-awareness and self-management. Participants will also have an opportunity to acquire practical conflict mediation skills through role-plays
