Evidence-based programs achieve positive outcomes, as verified through research. This course will provide an overview of what makes a program evidence-based, why they are important and how they relate to your job. Evidence-based programs must be implemented with fidelity. This course will answer the question, “What is fidelity, and why is it important?” Participants will leave this course with an understanding of what makes an evidence-based program work and the infrastructure necessary to sustain these programs.
At the conclusion of the workshop, participants will be able to:

Prerequisite: Logic Model/Theory of Change
This course is a required training in the Healthy Beginnings Program. Priority seating will be given to CSC Providers in the Healthy Beginning System.
