Conflict is a natural event occurring in communities, workplaces, or groups. Our difficulties often stem not from conflict itself, but by how we deal with the conflict. This two day workshop focuses on practical strategies to deal with emotions and resolve a conflict long-term. Participants will also have an opportunity to practice mediating conflict.
