Welcome to the Children’s Services Council Learning Center – We are so excited to have you here! We have provided several resources to help answer any questions you may have about the Learning Center and to make your training experience a positive one.   • Not all trainings will have CEUs. If you would like to know if your training will have CEUs, please contact the Learning Center Helpline at 561-740-7400 x2195.
  • If you would like to get proof of attendance for this training after completion, you will find your certificate of attendance in your “transcript” section of the LMS. Please allow up to one week for it to show up in the LMS. You can also email learning@cscpbc.org or call 561-740-7000 x2195 for assistance finding it on the LMS if there are any issues.
  • While eating in the Learning Center rooms is allowed, we encourage you to use our dining area for lunchtime. Check the Learning Center Map for directions.

Troubleshooting:

Expectations at the End of the Day:

  • Return room to its original setup
  • Wipe of tables & push in chairs
  • Turn off projectors
  • Wipe off boards
  • Throw away trash
  • Turn off lights
  • Don’t forget to turn in sign-in sheets to the Front Desk

Reminders

  • All Materials for trainings in the LMS (including changes to current materials) need to be turned in to PPD 2 weeks before your scheduled training for approval and upload into the LMS. There are no printed materials for any trainings and if you would like to have any printed items for your training it is your responsibility to do so.  
  • Only certain items may be provided/checked out to trainers to assist with your training. You can see the Front Desk to check out  markers and name tents. Other items are the trainer’s responsibility.  
  • Not all trainings will be eligible for CEUs. If you have any questions as to whether a training should have a CEU sign-in sheet, please contact learning@cscpbc.org or 561-740-7000 x2195.
