Note 2: Given the significant number of questions relating to the minimum financial requirements that must be submitted with your application, applicants should submit the annual financial statements/documents, for the prior two years, that were prepared by your auditor, your CPA or that you prepared and submitted to the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
