We have provided several resources to help answer any questions you may have about the Learning Center and to make your training experience a positive one. - For questions regarding CEU credits, please call the Learning Center Helpline at 561-740-7400 x2195. Note: Not all trainings will have CEUs.
- Certificates can be found in the “Transcript” section of your LMS account. Please allow up to one week for attendance to process. You can also email learning@cscpbc.org or call 561-740-7000 x2195 for assistance.
- Use of the dining area is encouraged for mealtime. Please reference the Learning Center Map below.

Expectations at the End of the Day:
- Return room to its original setup
- Wipe of tables & push in chairs
- Turn off projectors
- Wipe off boards
- Throw away trash
- Turn off lights
- Don’t forget to turn in sign-in sheets to the Front Desk
Reminders
- All training materials (including changes to current materials) need to be submitted via email to your Learning and Development Officer and cc-Learning@cscpbc.org two weeks before your scheduled training for approval and upload to the LMS. No printed materials for any trainings will be provided. If you would like to have any materials printed, it is your responsibility to do so.
- The following training supplies are available to CSC PPD trainers and can be checked out at the Front Desk: remote clickers, markers, flip charts and name tents. Other items are the trainer’s responsibility.
- Not all trainings will be eligible for CEUs. If you have any questions as to whether a training should have a CEU sign-in sheet, please contact your Learning and Development Officer.
