Elisa Cramer is the Community Development Administrator for the Florida Department of Children and Families in Palm Beach County. Since joining DCF in 2009, she served five years in Tallahassee, including as Director of Child Welfare Strategic Projects focused on policy development, statewide initiatives and child welfare legislative priorities. In the Southeast Region (Palm Beach County), she also has served as Communications Director and Regional Budget Analyst. She is on the board of the Early Learning Coalition of Palm Beach County, Juvenile Justice Circuit Advisory Board, Homeless Advisory Board of Palm Beach County, and the Local Child Abuse Death Review Committee. A graduate of Spelman College, she previously worked for 15 years as a journalist at The Palm Beach Post.
